Handling of Delayed delivery

Received my order after a rather long wait. That was my third order, I liked the first two products. Apparently a problem arose during the production process after I enquired why it took so long to execute my order. Oromen was honest upright and admitted the production delay. Without my prompting, the Company even offered to refund the full sum if I didn’t want to wait for the order. However if I was prepared to wait for their final production, they would offer a $20 discount. As I had good experience with Oromen products, I chose to wait for their final production correction in production. I was very happy to receive the beautiful Ukiyeo Garden Shirt last evening. Thank you Oromen for honoring your products.

😭Because the pattern on this shirt is very complex, printing on the fabric was a major problem. The factory we previously worked with refused to cooperate with us because they felt the production costs were too high. So we investigated and found a new factory, which is why the shipment was delayed.
We have now resolved everything! We also apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience and... will definitely pay more attention to our customers and put them first in the future!!
