    Designer's Note

    With this piece, I wanted to capture the fierce elegance of the rooster as seen in traditional Edo-period woodblock prints. The rooster in Ukiyo-e isn't just a bird; it’s a symbol of punctuality, courage, and the herald of the dawn. I chose a hand-painted aesthetic to ensure the energy of the brushstrokes remained alive on the fabric.
